These classes supplement your learning\, by challenging your skills towards competitive dancing. \nOver the years\, these sessions have been redesigned and modified to train competitors to reach their optimal PEAK performance at just the right time\, through a holistic approach to ballroom dance training. \nPEAK addresses such issues as Floorcraft\, Presentation\, Mental Preparation\, Warm-Up\, Drills\, Stamina Training and more! Many of the teaching methods that Joel & Clara use were developed from their experiences training in England\, Italy and Denmark.
